The newly revamped City 2 shopping mall in Brussels has shown its appetite for innovation, expanding the capacity and upgrading the food options of its own unique food court that goes by the succinct and powerful name of Eats. Cushman & Wakefield sank its teeth into the project and made a significant contribution to the project’s commercialisation.

With a total area of 1,500 square metres, units varying from 40 to 300 square metres, over 400 seats and 20 food hot spots, Eats gets things cooking in the heart of Brussels’ most trendy shopping location. Cushman & Wakefield brought in several renowned international players, including some exciting newcomers.
Canadian Copper Branch serves vegan burgers and will open its first Belgian branch, while famous American burger chain Five Guys joins in to open its first Brussels franchise outlet.

Tasty names that Cushman & Wakefield brought into the project include, among others, Thai Café, Chitir Chicken, Lasagna Tiramisu and Bagl.
