Cushman & Wakefield advised American luggage manufacturer and retailer Samsonite on the move of their concept store into the Huidevettersstraat 10 in Antwerp. Samsonite was occupying a commercial building and looking for a more prestigious location to host its flagship store in the capital of Flanders.
Guy Rietens, Associate Retail Agency at Cushman & Wakefield, comments : “Together with Samsonite we identified their needs in terms of location, visibility and commercial surface. The retail area previously occupied by Timberland at the Huidevettersstraat 10 was the perfect match.”.
