A new AS Adventure flagship store will open in
March 2018 on the avenue de la Toison d’Or.
The Belgian retailer in outdoor and leisure products
will replace Marks & Spencer in the landmark building developed by
Earlier this year, Marks & Spencer announced
they would close their only Belgian shop and mandated Cushman and Wakefield to
accompany the commercialization process of the commercial space.
Amongst the different brands, AS Adventure will
also be the first to propose the Belgian brand JUTTU in Brussels. JUTTU is part
of the company Retail Concepts.

food concept store and rides on the wave of the new shopping experience based on
the same model as Arket which recently opened on the Avenue de la Toison d’Or”
