Herpain Urbis Retail entrust the management mandate of the New Gallery located on the Chaussée de Bruxelles in Waterloo including 25 new stores and covering more or less 3.300m² to Cushman & Wakefield. The management until today was between Devimo Consult’s hands.

« We are really happy to obtain this mandate » says Stéphane Calicis, Head of Property & Asset Management Belgium. “It’s once more the proof that our department is at this moment in an excellent health. After a satisfaction survey to our clients, 80% of them showed their satisfaction regarding the services offered on the level of Building Management by Cushman & Wakefield. This strengthen our idea that, within a year, with a stable and solid team we made a giant leap forward in the Real Estate world and yet we hope to win more management mandates this year” emphasises Stéphane Calicis.

The Property & Asset Management department of Cushman & Wakefield manages so far 56 buildings for a surface area of 398.000 m².
