C&W was awarded a sole agency instruction to market the most prominent retail scheme in Brussels in 2013-2015
Development advice on a piece of land of 6,500 sq m, in the middle of one of the best shopping streets of the country, which then resulted in the leasing of a 12,000 sq.m prominent retail scheme in uptown Brussels divided in 4 major stores, spread over 3 retail levels and with limited street frontage.
Several division scenarios have been considered, going from a shopping center, retail + hotel, retail + residential, in order to find the best way of integrating the retail areas with the upper floors and basement into a global development. The result has been a retail scheme with approx. 70 residential units above and public/private parking under the stores.
Identify world class retailers for this premium retail development, and work out between the different tenants the best possible lay-out.
We have been able to secure world-class tenants such as the first (and only) Apple-store and Marks & Specer in Belgium, a new flagship store for Zara and also the first Bodum in Belgium.
