After contacting a few investors, we identified a private client who was willing to go the extra mile in order to acquire the asset.
We approach the owner with a very aggressive LOI and were able to convince him to sell his property.
We were able to obtain a sales price of € 5.750.000, which resulted in a net yield of approximately 4.50 %
