AMCO Invest awarded C&W with an instruction to find an investor for their completely refurbished mixed property which is 80% let to the quality tenant ‘Zara’.
The total built net area – which is fully let to quality tenants – is approximately 2.644 sq.m. and divided over a basement, ground floor and 4 floors. This landmark building enjoys a frontage (Grand Rue) of approximately 15 meters. Cushman & Wakefield is also involved in the property management of this asset.
