Koen Nevens

In addition to his functions of Managing Partner for the Belgium and Luxembourg offices, Koen Nevens actually has a main focus on Capital Markets and more specifically on retail warehousing. Koen has been an all round retail warehouse expert for the past 17 years, with, for the last 10 years, a particular stress on investments and development consultancy.

Boris Van Haare Heijmeijer

Boris joined C&W in 1986 and became an Equity Partner in 1995. From his home base in Brussels, he is assisting on a national and international basis major retailers with their expansion, and advising developers and investors with their real estate projects in all phases of development. He is specialised in high streets retail and shopping centre business.

Jean Baheux

Jean Baheux is Head of Retail Warehouse Belgium. He is specialized in development consultancy, letting and selling of retail warehouse premises and retail parks. He also manages a Team of 3 staff members exclusively active on this market for Belgium.

Arnaud de Bergeyck

Arnaud de Bergeyck brought Cushman & Wakefield to the top of the investment market. After joining the Retail Agency Department in 1996, he switched to Retail Investment in 2001, where he specialized in the acquisition, the sale and the letting of high street properties and Shopping Centers, an area dominated by Cushman & Wakefield since then. Among Arnaud’s most striking transactions are the sale of Gent Zuid                                        and the Adrienne site, on the Toison d’Or.

Antoine Brusselmans

Currently heading the Office letting team, Antoine started his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 1994 and is Equity Partner of the Firm and member of the Belgian Board since 2004. His function consists of giving advice to owners in Brussels concerning the letting strategy of their different properties.

Kris Peetermans

Kris is Head of Valuation & Advisory (Belgium & Luxemburg). He coordinates, manages and develops Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory services across Belgium and Luxemburg.
Kris is also responsible for some large scale European Valuation Mandates for which he does the coordination out of Belgium. He joined C&W in 1996.
